Apartment Review for Villa Pacifica Apartments - Tucson, AZ

Staff was generally not helpful and a pain to deal with. Parking was limited and the parking lot was as far from my apartment as possible, not to mention it was always littered with trash and broken beer bottles. I did not feel safe walking to and from my car at night, nor did I feel safe inside the apartment itself. Neighbors were consistently noisy into late hours of the night, making it more difficult to sleep than living in a dorm. The electric bill every month was grossly overpriced; we never ran the AC or the dish washer, and yet the bill was at least $180 every month, on top of a $300 deposit. Trash would be left over in front of people's doors for days. It was not uncommon to see people sitting out by their cars drinking late at night. It is a very dubious neighborhood and I would recommend that everyone STAY AWAY FROM HERE.
