We thought being a small complex, next to a school it would be relatively safe and low crime. It wasn't. Our car was broken into twice, our patio was robbed three times. Worse than this was the condition of the apartment, we had mold issues. We caught ten mice in three days, we had ant problems, roach problems, and even pigeon problems  Need to rent an apartment?
