Apartment Review for Woodridge Apartments - Tucson, AZ

I had a ground floor unit in Building 4. The management is very steady, and helpful. The area is maintained very well. If anything needed fixing, it was done in a timely manner. The maintenance man was very cordial and polite, offering help whenever it was needed. The apartment was pretty good, as when I moved in they installed new carpet, of medium quality, and everything worked. They have shuttered windows. I liked how they work, as you could have privacy, semi private, or open them up and get a view of the mountains. The neighbors were mostly older and therefore quiet and hospitable. There were some younger tenants, but they kept things on the quiet side, even though some had kids. I thought that this place was a very good value. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice safe place to live.
